Return Policy

If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, an item must be returned within 30 days of the date of delivery. Item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition received, the item must have all tags, including original packaging materials. Items can be returned using a pre-paid label we will provide.

All shoes must be tried on for fit and size on clean, carpeted surfaces only until you are sure that you will be keeping them. We cannot accept returns for used, dirty or damaged shoes and shoes returned under these conditions will not be processed. We reserve the right to deny returns if the item(s) does not meet our policy requirements.

 If upon assessing the received the shoe the above conditions are not met no refund will be given and the shoes will be shipped back to the buyer at their own cost.
